Taco Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. ground meat
    1 taco seasoning envelope
    1 head lettuce, torn in bite-sized pieces
    2 avocados, diced
    2 tomatoes, diced
    1 c. Velveeta cheese, shredded
    1 onion, diced (optional)
    1 bag tortilla chips, crumbled
    1 bottle Catalina French dressing
Preparation
    Brown ground meat; drain.
    Add taco seasoning and enough water to moisten.
    Cook for 15 minutes; cool.
    Mix lettuce, avocados, tomatoes, Velveeta cheese, onion and chips.
    Mix in cooled meat mixture.
    Pour Catalina dressing over salad and mix.
    Serve cold.
