Sweet And Sour Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    13 1/2 oz. pineapple chunks, drained
    pineapple juice
    2 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1/4 c. white vinegar
    1/2 c. brown sugar
    2 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1 c. coarsely chopped green pepper
Preparation
    Combine pineapple juice and water to make 1 cup.
    Mix juice with cornstarch, vinegar, brown sugar and soy sauce in pan.
    Cook until thickened and clear.
    Add meat, pineapple chunks and green pepper.
    Simmer on lowest heat for 1 hour.
    Serve over rice.
    Good for pork loin roast (cut into bite sized pieces and browned) small meat loaf patties or chicken (boiled and deboned).
