Garden Vegetable Gratin - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. frozen mixed vegetables (broccoli, carrots, cauliflower)
    3/4 c. 2% low-fat milk
    1 pkg. white sauce mix
    1 c. low-fat shredded sharp cheese
    1 can Durkee French fried onions
Preparation
    Put vegetables in 2-quart microwavable bowl.
    Microwave on High for 3 minutes.
    Add milk, white sauce mix, cheese and 1/2 can onions.
    Microwave, covered, on High for 8 minutes.
    Stir once and sprinkle remaining onions.
    Microwave, uncovered, 1 minute. Serves 6.
