Fried Turkey Fingers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    turkey breast
    oil
    salt and pepper
    milk
    flour
Preparation
    Marinate breast several hours in milk.
    Cut breast into fingers; salt and pepper to taste.
    Roll or shake fingers in flour.
    Heat oil in pan; fry until brown.
    Allow 1/4 to 1/3 pound per person.
