Layer Dinner - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef (lean)
    1 onion, sliced
    5 potatoes
    5 carrots
    parsley
Preparation
    Brown meat in Dutch oven.
    When no longer pink, add in layers the sliced onion, potatoes and carrots.
    Salt and pepper as desired.
    Add parsley on top.
    Cover tightly; turn heat low.
    Cook for 45 minutes or until vegetables are done.
