Carrot Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. flour
2 tsp. soda
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. baking powder
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 1/2 c. Wesson oil
4 eggs
1 c. nuts
2 c. sugar
2 c. grated carrots
1 c. dates or raisins (or 1/2 of each)
Preparation

Sift the first 5 ingredients together 3 times.
Mix with next 6 ingredients.
Bake in an angel food pan for 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
