Lemon Cream Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

5 egg whites
1 1/4 c. sugar
1 1/4 c. flour
pinch of salt
1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. milk
1 tsp. baking powder
Preparation

Cream butter and add sugar and cream well.
Add beaten egg whites and mix well.
Add dry ingredients and milk alternately. Begin and end with flour.
Bake in four 8-inch pans for 15 to 20 minutes.
