Stuffed Shells - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 box jumbo shells
    1/2 lb. hamburger or ground turkey
    2 eggs
    1 c. dry Stove Top or croutons
    1 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
    1 small chopped onion
    1/4 tsp. oregano
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 jar spaghetti sauce
    Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Cook shells until tender.
    Drain and cool on wax paper. Brown hamburger and onion and drain.
    Combine meat, eggs, Stove Top (croutons), Mozzarella cheese and spices.
    Mix well.
    Spread about an inch layer of spaghetti sauce in the bottom of a casserole dish.
    Fill each shell with meat mixture and place open side down in dish.
    Cover with remaining sauce and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
