Baked Scallops - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. sea scallops
1 1/2 sticks butter
1/2 c. shallots chopped (green onions or scallions are good too)
1/2 lb. lobster meat (small shrimp can be used)
1 c. bread crumbs or 1 cup crushed or Ritz crackers
2 pkg. whole leaf spinach
Preparation

Lay spinach leaves in a greased
9x13
inch pan and spread scallops over them. Combine butter, crumbs and shallots and crumble over scallops. Bake at 400\u00b0 for 15-20 minutes.
