Microwave Rice Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 can Campbell's French onion soup
1 can Campbell's beef bouillon soup
3/4 stick margarine
juice from 8 oz. can of sliced mushrooms
mushrooms
1 c. Uncle Ben's converted rice
Preparation

Put first 4 ingredients in 2-quart casserole dish.
Microwave on High for 8 minutes.
Add rice.
Add mushrooms.
Stir and cover.
Microwave for 12 minutes on High.
Stir and cook an additional 3 minutes or until liquid is absorbed.
