Aunt Jan'S Twice Baked Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 large baking potatoes
    8 strips cooked bacon
    1/2 c. chopped green onion
    1 1/2 c. sour cream
    5 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 tsp. pepper
    10 pats butter
    parsley
    paprika
Preparation
    Bake potatoes (oil skins) at 400\u00b0 for 55 minutes.
    Cut potatoes lengthwise in half.
    Hollow out potatoes in large bowl and mash thoroughly.
    In large skillet, heat 3 to 4 tablespoons bacon drippings.
    Add onions and saute.
    Add crumbled bacon, potatoes, sour cream, 1/2 of the cheese, salt and pepper.
    Blend well.
    Add mixture to skins, place pats of butter on top and sprinkle with parsley and paprika.
    Place in skins in baking dish (9 x 12-inch).
    Bake uncovered at 350\u00b0 for 12 to 20 minutes.
