Stuffed Green Peppers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
    1/4 c. chopped onions
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 c. cooked rice
    1/2 c. Cheddar cheese
    salt and pepper to taste
    bell peppers
Preparation
    Saute onions, salt and pepper. Then add ground beef until brown.
    Add tomato sauce, cheese and rice.
    Simmer for 5 to 10 minutes.
    Remove the top and seeds from peppers.
    Boil peppers in salted water for 5 minutes.
    Take out and stuff.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
