Caramel Popcorn - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. popcorn (unsalted)
    1/2 c. butter
    1 c. brown sugar
    1/4 c. honey or dark corn syrup
    1/4 tsp. soda
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Melt butter, brown sugar and honey in microwave for 4 to 5 minutes.
    Take out; add soda, salt and vanilla.
    Stir well (will change color and look like its curdling).
    Pour over popcorn. Make sure roaster is sprayed with Pam.
    Coat evenly.
    Bake at 250\u00b0 for
    1 hour.
    Stir every 15 minutes.
