Hurry Up Chicken Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cans Swanson chicken breast meat
    1 large onion, chopped fine
    1/2 c. or more Hellmann's mayo
Preparation
    Discard broth from chicken breast or freeze for dumplings later on.
    Put meat in large pan and take a fork and start pulling the strands apart.
    This is important!
    Chicken breast is dry and will pick up flavor better if real fine.
    After pulling breast, add onion and mayo and mix well.
    Add pepper if you want.
    Cover and let set for an hour in fridge or eat now; it gets better with time.
    Serve with Club crackers, pickles and cheese or on celery sticks.
    This is so easy and good.
