Beef Kabobs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb stew meat
    1/4 c Dale's sauce
    1 pint fresh mushrooms
    1 Large can chunked pineapple
    1 Red bell pepper
    1 Green bell pepper
    Salad tomatoes
Preparation
    Mix meat and Dale's sauce enough to coat meat.
    Wash mushrooms and cut in half.
    Wash and cut peppers in 1 inch pieces. Wash tomatoes.
    Begin Layering Kabobs-- meat, pineapple, red pepper, mushroom, tomato, green pepper and repeat.
    Place on grill.
    Cook 4 minutes on each side turn and brush with pineapple juice.
    Continue cooking 2 minutes on each side until meat is done.
    This is great with rice.
