Porcupine Meatballs(Crock-Pot) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    1/2 c. raw rice
    1/2 c. finely chopped onion
    1/4 c. finely chopped green pepper
    1 egg
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 can tomato soup
Preparation
    Mix ground beef, rice, onion, green pepper, egg, salt and pepper.
    Mix well.
    Shape mixture into meatballs about 1 1/2-inches in diameter.
    Place meatballs in crock-pot.
    Pour soup over mixture.
    Cover and cook on low for 7 to 8 hours.
