Carrot Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
2 tsp. soda
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. cinnamon
2 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. oil
4 eggs
3 c. grated carrots
1 1/2 c. nuts (pieces)
Preparation

Sift together flour, baking powder, soda, salt and cinnamon. Combine sugar and oil in large bowl; mix well.
Add carrots and blend eggs in, one at a time.
Beat well after each egg.
Add dry ingredients; blend in nuts.
Bake in ungreased tube pan at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour or until done.
