Grasshopper Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

24 Oreos, crushed well
1/4 c. butter, melted
1/4 c. creme de menthe
1 pt. jar Marshmallow Creme
2 c. heavy cream, whipped
Preparation

Combine crumbs and butter, mixing well.
Press into spring-form pan, reserving 1/4 cup for topping.
Add creme de menthe to Marshmallow Creme, mixing until blended.
Fold in whipped cream.
Pour into pan.
Sprinkle remaining crumbs on top. Freeze for at least 10 hours.
