Chocolate Crackers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 bag Hershey's milk or semi-sweet chocolate chips (11 or 12 oz.)
    1 1/2 c. chopped walnuts or pecans
    2 sticks butter (do not use fat-free)
    1 c. light brown sugar
    saltine crackers
Preparation
    You will need a nonstick cookie sheet with sides.
