Creamy Cheese Fondue - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. milk
2 pkg. (8 oz. each) cream cheese
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
3/4 c. grated cheese
Preparation

With electric mixer, add milk to cream cheese, mixing until well blended.
Heat slowly in saucepan.
Add 1/2 teaspoon salt and garlic salt.
Slowly add cheese, stirring until smooth.
Pour into fondue pot; place over fondue burner.
If mixture thickens too much, add a little milk.
Serves 8 to 10.
