Gudie'S Wiener Schnitzel - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. veal round steak, cut 1/2-inch thick and tenderized
    1/3 c. flour
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    3 eggs, slightly beaten
    1 1/2 c. bread crumbs
    1 c. vegetable oil
    lemon wedges
Preparation
    Cut steak into 6 serving pieces.
    Season with salt and pepper. Coat with flour.
    Dip into eggs and carefully coat with crumbs. Let stand 5 to 10 minutes to seal coating.
