Rabbit Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 medium potatoes, cubed
    6 carrots, sliced
    1 medium onion, diced
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/4 c. flour
    2 rabbits
Preparation
    Cover rabbits with water in large pan; cook for 2 hours or until meat is easily removed from bones.
    Reserve liquid from pan. Debone rabbits; put meat back in pan.
    Add liquid and vegetables; bring to boil.
    Reduce to simmer until vegetables are done.
    Add salt and pepper.
    Make paste with flour and water; stir into the mixture to thicken it.
    Remove from heat and eat.
    Serves 4 to 6 people.
