Strawberry Whip - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. fresh strawberries
1 c. sugar
1 egg white

Preparation

Combine ingredients and beat with mixer until very thick and creamy.
Serve over angel food, sponge or any plain cake.
Whip keeps well in refrigerator for several days.
