Mustard Meat Loaf With Celery - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. lean hamburg
    1 egg
    seasoning your taste
    saute some peppers, onions, celery
    1 or 2 cans whole potatoes
    cheese
Preparation
    Season hamburg; add egg.
    Mix well and roll out.
    Spread mustard on one side.
    Spread sauteed veggies on other side.
    Add Parmesan or other type of cheese.
    Fold mustard side of hamburg over veggies and seal.
    (Disregard cheese over veggies if you don't want the cheese.)
    Bake in 350\u00b0 oven until done, about 15 minutes.
    Before done, add canned potatoes to warm them.
