Sausage Gravy - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. sausage
6 Tbsp. flour
1/4 tsp. black pepper
3 c. milk
Preparation

Brown sausage, drain and set aside.
Blend flour and black pepper into drippings and cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until lightly browned.
Gradually add milk; cook until thickened.
Add cut-up sausage.
Serve warm.
