Corn Relish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 doz. ears corn
    1 head cabbage
    3 red peppers
    3 sweet green peppers
    1 qt. vinegar
    1 c. water
    1 c. sugar
    2 tsp. mustard
    2 lb. salt
    1 Tbsp. celery seed
Preparation
    Blanch corn 2 minutes.
    Drop into cold water before cutting from cob.
    Chop peppers and cabbage.
    Cook all together for 20 minutes.
    After you pack in jars, simmer for 25 minutes.
