Turkey Stuffing - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 loaf stale bread, diced
3 medium onions, chopped
4 stalks celery, chopped
1/2 lb. margarine
2 Tbsp. parsley
4 eggs
Preparation

Saute onions and celery in margarine.
Beat eggs until fluffy. Add eggs to bread cubes and stir.
Add onions, celery and melted margarine to bread and stir.
Add parsley flakes.
Stuffing can be put into turkey or chicken or baked in casserole dish.
It can also be frozen.
