Greek Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. salad oil
    3 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 Tbsp. Italian dressing mix
    1 tsp. oregano
    2 qt. mixed greens
    2 medium tomatoes, cut in wedges
    1/2 c. ripe olives
    1/2 c. Feta cheese
    1 can (2 oz.) anchovy fillets
Preparation
    In a jar, shake together oil, lemon juice, Italian dressing mix and oregano.
    In salad bowl, toss together the greens, tomatoes and 1/4 cup each of the ripe olives and Feta cheese with enough dressing to coat lightly.
    Garnish with remaining olives, cheese, and anchovy fillets.
    Makes 6 to 8 servings.
