Oyster Stew - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/4 c. cold water
1/4 lb. unsalted butter
1 c. finely chopped celery
1/2 tsp. ground red pepper
1/4 tsp. white pepper
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 c. finely chopped green onions
2 c. heavy cream
3 doz. small to medium oysters in liquor
Preparation
-
Add water to oysters and refrigerate for 1 hour.
Strain and reserve oysters and water separately; refrigerate until ready to use.
