Croquettes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can (15 1/2 oz.) salmon
    milk
    2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    3 Tbsp. minced onion
    4 Tbsp. flour
    1 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
    1/2 c. toasted wheat germ
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    fine dry bread or cracker crumbs
    2 eggs, beaten
Preparation
    Drain salmon liquid into measuring cup.
    Add enough milk to equal 3/4 cup.
    Set aside.
