Honey Coated Carrots - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 medium carrots
    2 Tbsp. margarine
    2 Tbsp. honey
    2 Tbsp. water
    1/4 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients in a 1-quart casserole dish; cover with lid or plastic wrap.
    Microwave on High for 5 minutes.
    Stir and continue to cook for 4 minutes or until carrots are tender and crisp.
    Let stand 3 minutes before serving.
