One Pot Spaghetti - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    10 oz. pkg. spaghetti
    1 onion, chopped
    1 bell pepper, chopped
    2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
    1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
    1 can tomatoes
    salt and pepper to taste
    1/4 tsp. garlic powder
    1/4 tsp. basil
    1/2 tsp. parsley flakes
    1/2 tsp. oregano
    1/2 c. chicken broth
    1/4 c. cider vinegar
    3 Tbsp. reduced sodium soy sauce
    1 Tbsp. sesame oil
    1 Tbsp. cornstarch
    2 tsp. sugar
    1 Tbsp. oil
    1 lb. large shrimp, peeled and deveined
    3 scallions, cut into 2-inch pieces
    1 Tbsp. grated fresh ginger
    1 clove garlic, minced
    3 peppers (green, red and/or yellow), cut into strips
Preparation
    Combine broth, vinegar, soy sauce, sesame oil, cornstarch and sugar; set aside.
    In large skillet, heat oil over high heat.
    Add shrimp; cook, stirring frequently, until shrimp just start to turn pink, about 3 minutes.
    Transfer to plate with slotted spoon. Reduce heat to medium.
    Add scallions, ginger and garlic to skillet.
    Cook until scallions soften slightly, about 1 minute. Add peppers; cook, stirring frequently, until just tender, about 3 minutes.
    Stir in broth mixture.
    Add shrimp.
    Bring to simmer. Cook until sauce thickens slightly and shrimp are heated through.
