Easy Au Gratin Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (2 lb.) pkg. frozen hash browns
    8 oz. sour cream
    1 can cream of celery soup
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    8 oz. American cheese, grated
    1/2 c. melted butter
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients.
    Pour into a 10 x 14-inch buttered casserole.
    Top with 2 1/2 cups corn flake crumbs mixed with 1/4 cup melted butter.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
