Killed Onions - cooking recipe
Ingredients

onions, sliced
1/2 tsp. salt
2 Tbsp. bacon drippings
1/2 c. vinegar
1/2 c. water
Preparation

Slice
enough onions to fill a 1-quart bowl.
Add salt. Heat bacon drippings, vinegar and water to a boil.
Pour over onions and cover.
Let set 15 minutes and serve.
