Plum Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. self-rising flour
    2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. cloves
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 (4 1/2 oz.) jars plum/apple baby food or plum with tapioca if available
    1 c. Mazola oil
    3 eggs
    1 c. pecans
Preparation
    Mix first 5 ingredients. Add oil. Mix. Add eggs, mixing in one at a time. Stir in pecans. Bake in Bundt pan at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour or can be baked in small loaf pans during the holidays for gift giving. Moister if frozen for a day or two.
