Veggie Bars(Club Member: Terah) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cans crescent dinner rolls
    2 (8 oz.) cream cheese
    1/4 c. mayonnaise
    1 envelope Ranch style salad dressing mix
    1 medium size sweet red pepper, chopped
    1 medium green pepper, chopped
    3/4 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    1/2 c. chopped broccoli flowerets
    1/2 c. chopped fresh mushrooms
Preparation
    Unroll crescent rolls. Place in lightly greased 15 x 10 x 1-inch pan, pressing edges and perforations together to line bottom of pan. Bake 7 to 8 minutes until brown at 350\u00b0; cool. Combine cream cheese, mayonnaise and salad dressing mix. Beat until smooth. Spread over crust. Combine peppers and remaining ingredients. Sprinkle over cream cheese mixture. Cover and chill 8 hours. Cut into squares.
    Yields 8 dozen.
