Cranberry Sherbert - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 envelope Knox Sparkling Gelatin
    1 cup cold water
    3 cups boiling water
    1 quart cranberries
    2 1/2 cups sugar
    1 tsp lemon juice
Preparation
    Soak gelatin in cold water for 5 minutes.
    Cook cranberries in boiling water until soft, then force through a strainer.
    Add soaked gelatin, sugar, and lemon juice and freeze.
    A delicious treat to roast turkey.
