Seafood Cakes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 cans tuna
1/2 c. Miracle Whip
1/4 c. chopped onion
1/4 c. chopped celery
1/4 c. chopped green pepper
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 1/4 c. dried bread crumbs, divided
Preparation

Mix and add 1/2 cup bread crumbs.
Shape into balls and roll in remainder of bread crumbs.
Flatten; refrigerate 30 minutes. Using oil, cook 5 minutes on each side.
