Salmon Patties - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (12 oz.) can salmon, drained
    1/3 c. finely chopped onion
    1 egg
    5 saltines, crushed
    1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    2 tsp. margarine
Preparation
    In a bowl, combine the first seven ingredients; mix well. Shape into six patties.
    In a skillet, fry patties in margarine over medium heat for 3 to 4 minutes on each side or until heated through.
    Yield:
    3 servings.
