Granny'S Egg Custard - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. sugar
3 eggs
3 Tbsp. flour
pinch of salt
1 tsp. vanilla or lemon flavoring
1/2 stick oleo
1 (13 oz.) can evaporated milk
nutmeg (optional)
Preparation

Beat well all ingredients except milk, then add milk and blend.
Pour into a greased and floured pie plate.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes or until done.
Sprinkle nutmeg on top.
