Cheese Ball - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (3 oz.) wedges Roquefort or Blue cheese
    2 (5 oz.) jars process Cheddar cheese spread
    4 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    2 Tbsp. minced onion
    1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1/4 c. parsley, snipped
    1 c. pecans, ground
Preparation
    Let cheese soften at room temperature.
    Combine cheese and Worcestershire sauce; blend well.
    Stir in 1/4 cup parsley and 1/2 cup pecans. Shape into large ball and roll in remaining pecans. Chill in refrigerator.
