Gourmet Bean & Veggie Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can black bean, drained
    1 can white kernel corn, drained
    1 green bell pepper, diced
    1 red bell pepper, diced
    1 large tomato, deseeded & diced
    1 small onion, diced
    cilantro, to taste, chopped
    1 avocado (optional), diced
    8 oz. Mexican Cheese (Jalapeno Havarti, Pepper Jack), shredded
    tortilla chips
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients, except avocado, in saucepan. Heat over medium heat until cheese is melted; stir occasionally. Add avocado. Serve immediately with tortilla chips.
