Spinach Squares - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach
3 Tbsp. butter
1 small onion, chopped
1/4 lb. mushrooms, sliced
4 eggs
1/4 c. bread crumbs
1 c. Bechamel sauce or 1 can condensed mushroom soup
1/4 c. freshly grated Parmesan cheese
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. oregano
1/4 tsp. basil

Preparation

Preheat oven to 325\u00b0 and butter a 9 x 13-inch pan.
Cook spinach and squeeze out moisture.
Melt butter and saute onion and mushrooms until soft.
