Carrot Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. cinnamon
2 c. carrot chunks
2 tsp. vanilla
1 c. sugar
3/4 c. oil
3 eggs
1/2 c. milk
8 oz. pineapple
1 c. walnuts
1/4 c. coconut
1/4 c. raisins
Preparation

Mix everything together.
Place in cake pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 to 50 minutes.
