Stir-Fry Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. boneless, skinless chicken breasts
    1/4 c. soy sauce
    1/8 c. wine or beer
    1/8 tsp. ginger
    2 tsp. sugar
    1 Tbsp. chopped onion
Preparation
    Cut chicken into thin strips.
    Mix other ingredients together and pour over chicken.
    (Chicken can either be cooked immediately or put in refrigerator to marinate.)
    Saute chicken in oil.
    Serve over rice.
