Breakfast Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. sausage
    6 slices bread, cubed
    1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    8 eggs, slightly beaten
    2 c. milk
    dash of pepper
    1 tsp. dry mustard (optional)
Preparation
    Crumble sausage in a skillet and cook over medium heat until brown.
    Drain well.
    Spread bread cubes in a buttered 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
    Top with sausage and cheese.
    Combine eggs, milk and seasonings; beat and pour over sausage.
    Cover and refrigerate overnight.
    Bake, uncovered, at 350\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes, until set.
