Cheesy Tuna 'N Rice Muffinlettes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. cooked rice
    1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    1 (6 1/2 oz.) can tuna, drained and flaked
    3/4 c. black olives, sliced into thirds
    1 Tbsp. instant chopped onion
    1 Tbsp. parsley flakes
    1 tsp. seasoned salt
    2 eggs, beaten
    2 Tbsp. milk
Preparation
    Combine rice, cheese, tuna, olives, onion, parsley and salt. Stir in eggs and milk, mixing thoroughly.
    Spray 6 muffin cups with Pam.
    Divide rice mixture evenly among cups.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 15 minutes or until lightly browned.
    Loosen with spatula and arrange on a serving plate.
