Bulgogi(Korean Stir-Fry) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. flank steak
    6 Tbsp. soy sauce
    4 Tbsp. sugar
    2 Tbsp. sesame oil
    6 Tbsp. water
    1 to 2 roots chopped green onion
    1 tsp. mashed garlic
    1/4 to 1/2 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Slice beef thinly, cutting against grain.
    Mix soy sauce, sugar, sesame oil, water, green onion, garlic and pepper all together in a bowl.
    Put sliced beef in mixture and mix with spoon. Marinate overnight for best result.
    Stir-fry in saucepan or wok. Serve with rice.
    Yields 4 to 6 servings.
