24 Hour Cabbage Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 head cabbage, shredded
    1 or 2 green peppers, cut up
    1 sweet onion, chopped
    1 carrot, shredded
    1 Tbsp. celery salt
    1 Tbsp. mustard seed
    1 c. white vinegar
    1 c. white sugar
Preparation
    Combine in a medium saucepan celery salt, vinegar, mustard seed and sugar.
    Bring to boil.
    Cool to lukewarm and pour over cabbage mixture.
    Refrigerate.
    Let stand overnight before serving.
