Sausage Gravy - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 lb. bulk sausage
2 Tbsp. flour
1 1/2 c. milk, scalded
salt and pepper to taste
refrigerator biscuits or toast
Preparation

Scramble sausage in heavy saucepan.
When cooked, sprinkle flour over sausage and drippings.
Cook over low heat until flour is cooked and slightly browned.
Pour hot milk over sausage mixture.
Cook until thickened.
Season to taste.
Serve over biscuits or toast points.
